Duffer’s Big Barbwire is a local barbwire manufacturer in Missouri. We manufacture large or oversized, heavy-duty barbed wire direct to ranches, farms, businesses, and families across the continental U.S. Our big barbed wire is made from solid, hot rolled steel and is supersized to make your barbed wire project impressive. Large barbwire is used as a decorative element to create or upgrade custom ranch gates, entrances, fences, arches, and signage to name a few. Our giant or huge barbwire is made in the USA, is high quality, heavy duty, and is made from new, rolled steel. Our large barbwire is priced affordably between $7 and $10 per foot for regional deliveries. The price ranges based on the product, first or second generation big barbwire, and purchase quantity.
Our premium big barbwire adds an aesthetic pop to any style from western or rustic to modern design. We do not use steel tubing – our barbwire is SOLID steel. Tubing is much more fragile and is harder to weld. It can rust through much faster, which is why we use solid steel at Duffer’s Premium Big Barbwire. We only make high-quality, premium barbwire! How is Duffer’s Big Barbwire made?
New, hot rolled steel is used in our custom built, single purpose machine to manufacture our big barbwire. Our wire is heavy duty and is large or oversized. Our highly skilled workers use custom precision machinery to create uniform big barbwire to create long lasting and durable barbwire for entrances, fences, arches, and gates at ranches, farms, and businesses. Reorder with confidence to expand your projects - our wire is always the same! Duffer’s only knows how to make premium products - all of our big barbed wire is made from solid steel - you will not find tubing in our wire.
Big Barbwire - First Generation
Our first generation barbwire is made from solid steel and is made with a highly specialized machine. Our 1st gen wire comes in lengths of 10 feet and is double 5/8” solid steel twisted together with a solid steel 3/8” barb every 11 inches. Barbs are 5.5 inches across and are not adjustable - the barbs are stationary and point in the same direction. If you desire a more customized look - check out our second gen big barbwire. Big Barbwire 1st Generation

We our now offering a second option for our big barbwire! Our customers asked and we wanted to deliver! Our second generation big barbed wire has inner barbs, which means that the barb direction can be easily adjusted to match any exterior design! Our first generation barbwire has outer barbs - those are not adjustable. Both of our big barbed wires are made with SOLID steel and are sold in lengths of 10 feet. Our wire is double 5/8” solid steel twisted together with a solid steel 3/8” barb. Barbs on our second gen large barb wire are 12 inches apart.

We specialize in premium, big barbwire. We offer 1st and 2nd gen wire.

Our 1st gen big barbwire comes in lengths of 10 feet and is double 5/8” solid steel twisted together with a solid steel 3/8” barb every 11 inches and barbs are 5.5 inches across. Barbs are affixed and not adjustable - the barbs are on the outer edge of the wire.

Our 2nd gen big barbwire comes in lengths of 10 feet and is double 5/8” solid steel twisted together with a solid steel 3/8” barb every 12 inches and barbs are 5.5 inches across. Barb direction is adjustable - the barbs are on the inner edge of the wire.

Our wire is made with solid steel. Since our barbed wire is solid steel - there is no tubing. Our solid steel wire welds great unlike thin walled tubing.

At Duffer’s Premium Big Barbwire, we offer cost savings on delivery through our Regional Runs. We visit specific states for deliveries - arrange to meet us while we are in town or schedule a delivery on that date. We make routine, regional delivery runs in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, and Kansas. We also deliver to South Dakota, North Dakota, Colorado, New Mexico, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, and other states as requested. We service the continental United states.
If you have a specific delivery in mind that is not on our regional big barbwire run - don’t worry! For an additional charge, we can schedule a delivery to your ranch, farm, or business on a specific date! In order to give an accurate quote, all we need is a zip code and an order size.
